Corfe Castle Dorset Summer Wedding

“We can’t begin to thank you enough for the stunning photograph you took at our wedding. We may only have seen a few so far, but we are delighted with them. They mean so much to us, with family & friends spread out around the world. Thank you for your kindness to us and our guests, your enthusiasm and the calm way you dealt with a very hot day. We so appreciate the sense of fun but also quiet professionalism you brought to the day. It was noted by many of our guests and we wish you all the very best in the future.”

– Julia & Michael

My, what an absolutely amazing day it was documenting Julia & Michael’s stunning English village Dorset wedding in Corfe Castle on what felt like one of the hottest days of the year!

I loved the country garden feel with the bunting, afternoon tea, live classical music and guests exploring the beautiful gardens in the summer sun. Julia’s parent’s garden was completely transformed from when I last photographed there for the engagement session only 3 months before on a drizzly cold spring afternoon.

Instead, it was an enchanting secret garden with the scent of fresh flowers, beautiful foliage and winding pathways to explore, that led the way to a marvellous marquee for the evening’s wedding breakfast and dancing. So many wonderful details to photograph, what a splendid job Julia & Michael have done!

Couldn’t have been happier to have documented their special day. Many congratulations!

Delighted that this wedding was also featured in Dorset, Wiltshire & Hampshire Bride Magazine 2019 issue!
