“Thank you so much for the sneak peek of the photo gallery! We were sat there until late last night going through all of them over and over! We’ve already found some favourites and laughed at a lot of the silly ones too!”Phillip & Kerry
What a fantastically fun wedding Phillip & Kerry’s day was starting at The Bridge House Hotel, Ferndown & ceremony & reception at Monkey World, Dorset. Such a unique venue to celebrate a nuptial and spend a whole day with some wonderful mammals, monkeys!
The sun was shining, family & friends smiling it was a joyous one-of-a-kind day! It’s been a topsy-turvy year for them having to postpone from their original date back in June to September with hopes to celebrate with all their friends and family due to Covid-19. Though they weren’t able to have all their guests they would have liked, to celebrate with their close friends & family at an ape rescue centre during a pandemic is one for the history books! I love how Philip & Kerry took it in their stride and had an awesome day to remember!
I loved photographing their excitement at seeing all the monkeys during their newlyweds buggy tour. I must say, as a photographer and animal lover, this is certainly an incredible experience and buckets of fun meetings so many amazing creatures and all whilst celebrating a wedding!
We then headed to Hethfelton Woods for a few more bride & groom portraits in the evening. I love how Phillip & Kerry are enjoying every moment and having lots of fun!
*You may notice there aren’t any photos of the monkeys, this is because all the apes are protected and unofficial photos aren’t to be shared. If you’re considering getting married at Monkey World and would like to see a full gallery, please get in touch to see the full private gallery.
