FAQs

What if it rains?

It’s hard to tell with British weather, but in the event it pours, I do carry a couple of see-through umbrellas in my car that we can use. This also doubles up as a fantastic opportunity to create breathtaking night-portraits in the rain too! I’d love to capture all the festivities of the day and make the most of your exquisite surroundings.

Yes, within 100 miles of Botley, Southampton. I love exploring new places and do travel all over the UK and desintation weddings. In these circumstances, travel and/or accommodation expenses is discussed before booking.

What if you’re ill / can’t travel?

If I’m feeling a little unwell I’ll endeavour to document all the aspects of your day and won’t let that interfere on your special day. Should the worst happen and I’m severely ill or unable to travel, I have a great network of photographers across the country and will tirelessly seek a replacement so you can have your day documented beautifully.

Can we opt out of an engagement session?

Your complimentary engagement session is included in your wedding package so you can choose to opt out. I do whole-heartedly believe that having your photo taken isn’t as daunting as it first seems and every couple I’ve worked with on their pre-wedding shoot have found it a fun, easygoing and enjoyable experience. It’s a great opportunity to get used to the camera, get to know each other, (I too find it beneficial that we feel comfortable and relaxed together) so come your wedding day, you’ll feel like a pro! I do often find a lot of my couples come into their own during their shoot and feel fabulous!

Can we arrange a pre-wedding venue visit?

Every wedding I shoot, I arrange a venue visit with the couple in the lead up to the wedding so we can chat through your timeline, scope a few locations for group/confetti and couple shots as well as a general catch up before the big day. I find this is a great time to chat through your ideas and any questions you may have in the month or so leading up to the wedding. Additionally, we could meet with the venue wedding coordinator/planner should they have any recommendations.

Why do your couples love working with you?

I’m devoted to creating stunning wedding photos so you can feel empowered and amazing on your wedding day. I love capturing the best in people and my bubbly nature helps ease those around me so you can feel comfortable, joyful and relaxed having your photo taken.
